Spring!

Spring is coming to us again! finally the cold is floating away and the warm sun is taking over again!

Who wouldn´t love the nice upcoming flowers and beautiful colours of the world when march is ending?
As far as i know not many songs about spring exist well we've got to deal with other songs^^

Just Getting Started!

Hey everybody!
This is the first time I've ever written a blog or something like this, so forgive me for making some grammatical mistakes because English isn't my native language. So... I started this blog because a friend of mine told me it was a nice thing to do if you're bored or just like to write something. So I'm giving it a try.
I have no idea what you all would like to read about, but hey! This is my creation, not yours. deal with it or just don't read. Well I'm going to put some stuff up here for which I care and what I like.


Starting with this..


By the way it might seem I have some kind of strange bird obsession or something but that's not the case... It's only with black birds.. j/k not true although there are a few things with black birds in it that I like.


For example:




The song Blackbird, written by the Beatles. I know it's kind of old-school but I like it anyway. If you don't know it you should look it up and listen to it.. idk.. you just might like it.


There isn't a real cd cover of the song because it was released on 'The white album'. But this picture is a pretty fine illustration of it.
It's just a nice easy going song.

The following thing I like with dark and perhaps a bit sinister birds is the movie The Crow, Starring Brandon Lee. (for those who are wondering; yes he is the son of Bruce Lee)


The movie is about Eric Draven, a Rock star who is being killed in the beginning of the movie. It wasn't an ordinary kill, it was a brutal murder which costed the lives of him and his finance. because he can't find peace after this terrible crime a crow brings his soul back to the human world to settle things right.
it isn't only a very exiting movie to watch but the actor is pretty hot too.. so i don't think you'll get bored very soon.  


*Strange fact*
Brandon Lee died making this movie, because of an accident with a gun and a bullet which was supposed to be fake but ended up being real.

Well and last but not least, the creator of my name. The talking raven from the poem of Edgar Allen Poe. Well I'm not quite sure if you can call it talking because everything he has ever said is 'Nevermore'.
Somehow it really fit's the poem and yeah, you should just check this out too.


A wile ago I discovered ravens really DO talk, apparently they can mimic words and sentences if humans speak them first. Just like parrots. They even can mimic both male and female voices.. pretty strange to hear.. on youtube there are a couple of video's about this strange fact. I don't know about you but I think bird with nice black feathers are pretty awesome.


But like I said before, I'm not obsessed by birds, so next time I'll blog it'll be about something different.
